Refund policy

At PhoneFolk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

1. Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in its original condition
  • be in the original packaging
  • not be damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product protection reasons, some items may not be eligible for return if opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

6. Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
